We're in search of a Manager/Senior Manager with a rich background of 4-8 years in market research, marketing consulting, or a CI role.
- Experience: At least 1 year of team management experience and proficiency in various market research methodologies and analytics protocols is required.
- Multi-Country Projects: The candidate should have experience with multi-country market research projects.
- Statistical Techniques: A deep understanding of statistical multivariate techniques such as Factor Analysis, Conjoint Analysis, Cluster Analysis, Regression Modeling, Max-Diff Analysis, Price Modeling is critical.
- Language Skills: Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken, are necessary.
- Presentation Skills: The ability to deliver impactful presentations on digital platforms is a must.
- Digital Savviness: Candidates need to be digitally savvy and aware of the digital behaviors of today's internet users.
Mindset: An entrepreneurial mindset, a high tolerance for ambiguity, and a passion for experimenting with new ideas and solutions are desirable traits.
- Quantitative Consumer Research: Strong experience in Quantitative Consumer Research is needed.
- Proposal Writing & Client Management: More than 2 years of experience in proposal writing, client relationship management, account management, and team management is required.
- Client Work: Candidates should have worked with at least 2 clients across a minimum of 3 study types in a managerial capacity.
Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills are mandatory.
