Director/ Senior Director – Insights

We're on the lookout for a Director/ Senior Director with advanced expertise in market research methodologies (System 1 or 2, or quantitative), honed over a minimum of 9 years' experience.

Qualifications:

• Experience: The candidate should have the ability to synthesize data into compelling narratives to guide decision-making and be comfortable working with global clients across different time zones.
• Team Leadership: Demonstrated effective team leadership contributing to team learning, motivation, and retention is essential.
• Client Management: The individual must possess the skill to manage client expectations and understand their branding and marketing challenges.
• Research Methodologies: They should also be able to design efficient, effective research methodologies that address the client's marketing issues.
• Insight Distillation: Proficiency in distilling key insights from research findings and triggering action by answering the ""So What?"" and ""Now What?"" questions is necessary.
• Team Motivation: A proven ability to motivate and lead a team of researchers or insight professionals is required.
• Quantitative Studies: The candidate must have a minimum of 6 years' experience managing team delivery for quantitative studies.
• Project Delivery: Similar experience in end-to-end project delivery is also a must.

The successful candidate will excel in leading teams, managing clients, and delivering projects.
