We're seeking a seasoned Director/Senior Director with about 9 years of experience in qualitative studies and a track record of managing multiple clients and study types. The successful candidate should also have a minimum of 6+ years of experience in team and client/account management.
Key Responsibilities:
Proposal Writing:
Craft strategic, impactful proposals with a clear understanding of objectives and a targeted approach for qualitative research.
Project Execution:
Manage end-to-end project delivery with minimal supervision.
Ensure timely execution and submission of internal and external deliverables for seamless project progression (from research instrument design to analysis planning/execution).
Reporting & Presentation:
Write compelling reports and collaborate with the team to interpret data, crystallize research findings, and provide actionable insights.
Client Management:
Interact with clients to fulfill their needs and expectations.
Lead client interactions on ongoing projects and identify business opportunities to grow key client accounts.
Team Management:
Exhibit team player attributes – open to learning and sharing.
Mentor and develop a young team, investing in their growth and encouraging them to take up stretch responsibilities.
Passionate and Driven:
Display a passion for qualitative research, understanding both brands and consumers intuitively.
