Biju heads the global operations team at Brandscapes that manages the data acquisition process for Global MR. In this role, he has been responsible for forging strategic partnerships with associates across the world.
Biju is an operations expert with a career spanning 20 years across various research organisations. His areas of focus are logistics management and global data acquisition across the categories of automotive, consumer goods and services, banking and financial services.
Prior to Brandscapes, Biju has worked with companies such as The Research Analysis Group (UAE), Lowe Lintas, and Hansa Research. His last stint was as Director – Field for IMRB, where apart from his line responsibilities, he was instrumental in formulating best practices for data acquisition and leading their implementation across the length and breadth of India. He is a graduate from Mumbai University, India.
Biju is an avid reader, and also finds joy in taking off into the unknown, whether it’s an unplanned drive or a long ride down lesser-known roads. He enjoys being at one with nature and all that comes with it.
