We're actively seeking a Manager/Senior Manager with 4-8 years of experience in market research or marketing consulting, with an emphasis on qualitative research. The responsibilities for this role are diverse and include:
Proposal Development: Crafting strategic and impactful proposals will be part of your duties. This includes having a clear understanding of the objectives and suggesting targeted methodologies for qualitative research.
Project Management: You'll be responsible for overseeing projects from initiation to completion with minimum supervision. This entails designing research tools, coordinating with operations teams, moderating, debriefing, managing analysis, and ensuring project completion.
Report Generation & Presentation: You'll be tasked with writing engaging reports and working with the team to interpret data, distill research findings, and provide actionable insights to meet client goals.
Client Relations: Regular interaction with clients, leading client interactions on ongoing projects, and identifying business opportunities to expand key client accounts will be part of your role.
Team Leadership: As a vital team member, you'll play a crucial role in mentorship and guiding a young team, fostering their growth, and motivating them to excel in their roles and take on more responsibilities.
Passion and Drive: A passion for qualitative research is essential. You should be able to intuitively understand brands and consumers, and articulate these insights. As a self-starter with an entrepreneurial work ethic, you should harbor a passion for research insights and possess a collaborative nature.
Adaptability: Comfort with multitasking and working in challenging scenarios is important. You should be able to operate within a dynamic cross-functional team structure and deliver results.
Language & Cognitive Skills: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential as you will work with both Indian and International clients. Bilingual skills in at least one Indian language are necessary; multilingual capabilities would be advantageous. Your communication skills should be evident in writing clear emails, briefings, brainstorming sessions, as well as in writing research tools and reports.
Problem-Solving: The ability to think on your feet to overcome unexpected challenges, devise creative solutions, and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic team structure is crucial.
