Key Responsibilities:
Assisting senior team members in drafting proposals, including outlining research needs, approach, and methodology for qualitative studies.
Executing market research projects under senior supervision, which includes designing questionnaires, briefing the field team, creating an analysis plan, and coordinating project completion.
Assisting in the creation of world-class presentations and reports.
Qualifications:
Ability to work comfortably in an ambiguous environment with minimal supervision.
Excellent skills in Excel and presentation creation, with strong written and oral communication abilities.
Profound understanding of Brand/Marketing strategy concepts.
Comfortable working within a dynamic, cross-functional team and driving tasks to completion.
A problem solver who can adapt and find solutions to various challenges.
Intuitive understanding of brands and consumers.
Passionate about research and deriving insights from it.
Highly collaborative, with excellent interpersonal skills.
Previous experience working with at least one client and delivering at least two or more types of studies.
