This includes numeric sales data, consumer research data, social media chatter, and brand reviews. The ideal candidate should be able to link disparate datasets and form a coherent business perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management: You'll need to understand and manage client expectations, identifying their primary business or marketing challenges.
Data Analysis: You'll utilize both quantitative and qualitative marketing data sources to extract insights, supplemented by relevant secondary research.
Insight Generation: Your role will involve deriving core insights from multiple data sources, addressing vital 'So What?' and 'Now What?' questions.
Research Methodologies: You'll apply various market research methodologies and analytics protocols in your daily work.
Statistical Techniques: You'll use statistical multivariate techniques such as Factor Analysis, Conjoint Analysis, Cluster Analysis, Regression Modeling, Max-Diff Analysis, Price Modeling, and more.
Presentations: You'll create impactful presentations for digital platforms.
Digital Trends: You'll stay updated with digital trends and behaviors, including social media trends.
Innovation: A passion for experimenting with new ideas and solutions will be critical.
Qualifications:
You should have an MBA with a specialization in marketing/communications.
Strategic thinking abilities with a business orientation are essential.
You should have 3-7 years of experience in brand strategy, brand communication, marketing research, marketing consulting, or a CI role.
At least 1 year of team management experience is required.
Strong experience in quantitative consumer research is a must.
You should have more than 2 years of experience in proposal writing, client relationship management, account management, and team management.
Experience working on at least 2 clients and across a minimum of 3 study types in a delivery and managerial role is necessary.
Experience in handling multi-country scenario assignments would be beneficial.
Excellent command over the English language, both written and spoken, is required.
An entrepreneurial mindset, with a high tolerance for ambiguity, is essential.
