Insight Consultant - Global MR (Quantitative)

Location: Mumbai, India

Job Description:

  • Independently lead Market Research projects with senior level support , to help clients strategize and grow their business
  • Proposal Writing: Translate client needs into research needs, approach & methodology, for both qualitative and quantitative researchs
  • Operations Management : Deliver timely and high quality solution by managing internal team
  • Presentation & Reporting: Create an edge through world class presentations and reports
  • Client Management: Independent interaction with clients to fulfil needs and expectations

Required Skills:

  • Post graduate in Business with specialization in marketing and/ or marketing science
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing research in a hands-on role, dealing with multiple clients
  • Familiarity with both Qualitative and Quantitative research methodologies, with high level proficiency in one of these two specializations. This posting is for quantitative researchers who have familiarity with qualitative research
  • Innovation: orientation to explore new, breakthrough solutions in the market research domain
  • Demonstrated client management experience and effective team leadership

Senior Insight Consultant - Global MR (Qualitative)

Location: Mumbai, India

Job Description:

  • Business Leadership: Develop new business and manage existing relationships of clients in the market research discipline. Exposure to FMCG clients would be a plus. Accredited moderator/lead of Global FMCG giant would be a definite advantage
  • Innovation: Experiment and develop innovative research solutions including social media analysis, on-line community research, mobile research and ethnography
  • Research Proficiency: Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative market research methodologies with high level proficiency in qualitative research
  • Operations Management: Deliver timely and high quality solution by managing internal team
  • Presentation & Reporting: Create an edge through world class presentations and reports

Required Skills:

  • Post Graduate in Psychology, Sociology, English Literature or Journalism from reputed institutes /University or an MBA from a good institute with a basic degree in Liberal Arts. (MBA desirable but not necessary)
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing research, brand management or advertising strategy - of which at least 4 years should be hands-on experience in a market research agency environment
  • Innovation: orientation to explore new, breakthrough solutions in marketing research domain
  • Familiarity with qualitative research methodologies, with a high level proficiency in moderation of Focus Groups/Depth Interviews and Ethnographies. Experience in conducting workshops and mining of insights would be a plus
  • Demonstrated business development and client management experience
  • Effective team leadership
